If not now? then when? Are we promised anything in this life? No, but ohh what we have been given - this breath of life... A true gift from our creator. With every inhalation - thank you . With every exhalation - more gratitude.... Within each breath is the divine. The love of the divine- this is what flows through us. The same breath given to me, was given to you, the same source. We are only pieces of grander puzzle!
The peace is in the knowing.

During today's class I felt it is with my heart that the Divine communicates and how devastatingly beautiful that love is. What a poweful practice and a skilled teacher to bring that presence into our lives and what a beautiful community to hold that space ❤🙏🏼
