Today was beautiful with all of you! We talked about liberation at the end of class. I make no claims, I only share what I know from my experience. It takes just being yourself to be liberated, but I need to be Self-realized in order to be truly liberated. Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga. It all comes back to serving with, even after the true wisdom has been revealed through meditation within. May the false wisdom be burned in the fire of true wisdom.

During and after the class, I felt so much joy, so much strength, so much love, so grounded, I was kind of already wishing to repeat it (like you Howard! :-))... Even thinking "the best class ever"...! But then I reflected on that more and found out something interesting... What makes a class a "good class"? Does it have to be enjoyable to be a good session? Or is it another play of the mind to get attached to pleasurable feelings? To want to fly away from painful ones? To want to escape from seeing shadows, even though being at the heart of the practice... It was not a good class. Nor was it a bad one. It was a gift. It remembered me what's in, deeply. And in there, I could find everything.
